Terms and conditions
Opening hours
One hour before the start of the event, our venue manager will be there to complete the final touches.
Venue manager
Our venue manager is the contact person during your event. He/she helps you with the basic technique, monitors the time schedule, directs the staff and is a BHV-er. The venue manager knows the location from A to Z and supports you throughout the event.
Rooms
Paviljoen Puur (both ground floor and first floor) and garden is exclusively reserved for you. The fort watchman’s house is our office and is not for your use.
Changing clothes
Unfortunately, Paviljoen Puur does not have showers and/or changing rooms. The toilet for the disabled and possibly (if possible) the first floor can be used for this purpose.
Staying overnight
It is not possible to stay overnight at Paviljoen Puur. Click here for hotels in the area.
Option
An option at Paviljoen Puur is completely non-binding and is valid for a maximum of 2 weeks. In case of no response the option will automatically be removed from our reservation system.
Wedding booking
The reservation is final when the lessee has paid the location rental including VAT no later than 14 days after the invoice date when booking the rental date. Bills in respect of catering supplies, technical facilities and other services, which the lessee is obliged to pay, must be paid:
– 50 % to be paid 60 days before the start of the rental date
– 40 % to be paid 30 days before the start of the rental date
– 10% to be paid after the rental date and then 14 days after the invoice date
Booking meetings and events
– 75 % to be paid 14 days before the start of the rental date
– 10% to be paid after the rental date and then 14 days after the invoice date

Change on cost summary
The menu, interpretation of the day, number of guests and final times can be changed up to 7 business days before the event.

TTCA Amsterdam, Taxi central DIEMEN, Zapp vip transportation for Valet parking and home delivery service.
Parking and transportation
Decoration, styling and flowers
The decoration, styling and flowers are provided by our fixed partner Smûk Styling. By exception, in consultation, own decoration and flowers are possible. Please note; decorations cannot be placed earlier than 3 hours before the start of the event. Decoration and flowers must be removed immediately after the event in connection with other events.
Fireworks, wishing balloons and starlets
Our location is located in the middle of greenery and we respect nature and our environment. In addition, we feel very strongly about safety. Therefore, the use of fireworks, starlets and wishing balloons is not allowed.
Internet and technique
At our location, internet is available in the indoor areas. Outside in the garden, there is no WIFI available. For a live connection or additional internet capabilities, please contact our partner www.bazelmans.com. The basic technology package including room rental can be found through this link.
Catering
Paviljoen Puur has its own chef and kitchen staff. Bringing your own drinks and catering is not possible.
Crew meal
For crew such as a; Wedding planner, photographer, videographer and/or musicians we can facilitate a staff meal. Please notify Paviljoen Puur at least 7 days before the event.
Dietary preferences and allergen information
Dietary requirements and allergens are of course no problem. Please notify Paviljoen Puur at least 7 days before the event.
Drone, photography and video

External suppliers
The use of external suppliers is possible by mutual agreement.
